Turns out the Trizbort mapping program has released a new and improved
version. I have been using that a bit and it actually is rather
comfortable to use as a mapper.

Hi, I didn't know this was being updated, and I really liked the 1.21
version that actually worked ok on my Windows XP. I tried to find a way
to send a message to the author on github, but it seems one can't do
that. How do I send him a message asking him to compile and post a
seperate binary targeted at dot net 4.0 so I can run it on Windows XP?
