The game is Thaumistry: http://www.thaumistry.com/

I haven't found anything indicating the bought the name and logo,
though. And the game is written in TADS, so it doesn't have a
z-machine-or-descendant back end. But it did seem pretty cool. I
backed the Kickstarter.
